Refund Policy

At FBBMADS, we are committed to providing exceptional services to our clients. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are available to clients who submit a written refund request within 7 days of delivery, starting from the effective date.
  • Refund requests received after the 7-day period will not be eligible.

Refund Request Procedure

  1. To initiate a refund, submit a written request via Telegram or any contact method provided on fbbmads.com.
  2. Include the following details in your refund request:
    a) Your full name and contact information.
    b) Details of your subscription, including the subscription plan and effective date.
    c) A clear and concise explanation of the reason for the refund request.
    d) Any supporting documentation or evidence, if applicable.

Refund Review and Approval

  1. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. FBBMADS reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.
  2. You will be notified of the decision regarding your request within 14 business days of submission.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 business days using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  4. If denied, a written explanation will be provided to you.

Limitations

  1. Refunds apply only to subscription fees paid for services provided by FBBMADS and do not cover additional costs, such as transaction or currency conversion fees.
  2. Refund requests are valid only for the initial subscription period and do not apply to subsequent renewals or upgrades.
  3. FBBMADS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke refund eligibility if a client is found to abuse the refund policy or engage in fraudulent activity.
